At Dr. Denim, we want you to love your fit; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Denim

Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your parcel at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return status until it reaches our warehouse.
